Restorative Walks
for Mental Health Professionals
We recognize this is an extraordinarily difficult time to be taking care of our clients. Many of us feel overwhelmed, hopeless and despairing, even as we continue to show up for our clients.
In an effort to build community and create a space to hold our collective stress, we invite you to join us on the first Saturday of each month for a restorative walk in the woods.
These walks are for all fitness levels. The focus is not on speed or distance but on connection and support. Please join us and bring a friend (or several). There is no cost no obligation and no pressure. Just time to nurture yourself and each other.
